In accordance with the CC&R, homeowners need to submit this form and receive approval from the ARB before proceeding with any changes to their home or yard that fall under the ARB's purview. The CC&R lists which changes require submission of this form.  Please submit the form by email to OakridgeestatesHOA.ARB@gmail.com and the ARB will respond within a week of your request.  Reviews are completed more quickly via email, but if needed, you can also send to the HOA address listed on our Contact page.
